Hp Twain Driver Mac Os X

I have an HP C6380 Photosmart printer/scanner that I've used for some time with my PC. I just recently purchased my first Mac yesterday and used the resident drivers to establish connection with the C6380. For the most part, print and scan functions work...EXCEPT when I want to use my bank's online check deposit function (which works perfectly via my PC).
When the online site asks me to 'choose scanner'....I get the error 'no TWAIN support.'
How can I resolve this issue? Thank you.

Samsung Printers - Scan driver (ICDM/Twain) issues on macOS Mojave (10.14) Issue 'Scanner reported an error' message displays and the scan fails when trying to scan to a Samsung printer using Image Capture with the Twain (ICDM) driver in macOS Mojave (10.14).

I've downloaded the TWAIN driver. It says it installs, but doesn't prompt me to do anything (like enter the IP address of my scanner) after installing. Being so new to Lion, and somewhat new to Mac OS (relative to my 15 years as a Windows admin), I'd love some advice on how TWAIN works on Mac OS. To install the Twain Driver, use the following steps. Open the MacTwain Folder, and then run the ScanThru.pkg file. Figure: Example of opening the MacTwain Folder.
