System 6 (also referred to as System Software 6) is a graphical user interface-based operating system for Macintosh computers. It was released in 1988 by Apple Computer and was part of the classic Mac OS line of operating systems. System 6 was shipped with various Macintosh computers until it was succeeded by System 7 in 1991. The V2.1 drivers are for the mbed enabled version of the ST-LINK. I'd start by using the ST-LINK Utilities, make sure you update the firmware, and then use the V2 or V2.1 driver package as appropriate, and the 32-bit or 64-bit installer depending on your version of Windows. 1. Press Command+Space and type Terminal and press enter/return key.
2. Run in Terminal app:
   ruby -e '$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)' < /dev/null 2> /dev/null
   and press enter/return key.
   If the screen prompts you to enter a password, please enter your Mac's user password to continue. When you type the password, it won't be displayed on screen, but the system would accept it. So just type your password and press ENTER/RETURN key. Then wait for the command to finish.
3. Run:
   brew install stlink

Done! You can now use stlink.

Apr 26, 2017  I got a response from X-Plane tech support and followed the instructions in the X-Plane user's manual. Still no movement with the red bars on the joystick axis in the calibration screen in the game. As I said, brand new to the Mac OS. Is there anything similar to the game controller setup/calibration in Windows?
